Nathan Robb, who joined the team in 2016, is an operational K9 Handler and the Team’s Logistics Coordinator. He is an Amateur Radio General who holds a NASAR SARTECH I Certification, NASAR K9 SARTech II Certification, and is a Wilderness First Responder. He is also a NASAR SARTech II Lead Evaluator, NASAR K9 SARTech Evaluator, and NASAR ISAR/ FUNSAR Instructor.  Having a keen interest in search management; Nate has taken several FEMA all hazard courses, and is working towards the SAR Manager credential.   A Vice President with Merritt Properties, Nate lives in Federal Hill with his wife Sally, K9’s Seagram, Watson, Broccoli, his cat (Farnsworth), and turtle (Bob). In his spare time, Nate enjoys the outdoors and all forms of art.

Fitzgerald (Fitz), a Golden Retriever, was accepted into the training program in 2016. Fitz graduated from the Chesapeake Search Dog Puppy program in 2017 and became operational in 2019. He held AKC Canine Good Citizen and AKC SAR – Wilderness titles.  Fitz loved a good roll, and playing tug with his frisbee.  After many searches with his teammates, he unexpectedly passed over the rainbow bridge in May of 2023.

Seagram (Seags), a Golden Retriever, was born in Utah in June of 2023.  His dad, Reggie, hails from a long line of grand champion hunters in the United Kingdom.  He was accepted into the training program in 2024 and became operational in October of 2025.  Seags holds the AKC Canine Good Citizen and Trick Dog Novice titles.  He loves to run and is dedicated to the mission.  Spiky squeaky balls are his true obsession, and he also loves a good frisbee toss.
